Aarnova Networks

The infrastructure
behind other people's
growth.

A network of independent ventures spanning enterprise software, payment infrastructure, logistics and early-stage capital — each built to solve one hard problem well, and each stronger for standing beside the others.

The Aarnova Model

Four ventures. One operating core.

Every business we build stands on its own — its own customers, its own leadership, its own scoreboard. What they share is quieter: a common way of working, a technology backbone, and capital that moves to wherever it compounds fastest.

We don't run a conglomerate in the old sense of a holding company collecting unrelated assets. We run a network: ventures that trade knowledge, engineering capacity and hard-won lessons across sector lines that would otherwise keep them apart. A pattern our payments team finds in transaction data can sharpen how our ERP flags anomalies. A logistics partnership can double as due diligence for our next investment. That interconnection is the actual product.

Enterprise Software

Aarnova Cloud SaaS ERP & Software Development

Aarnova Cloud builds and operates enterprise resource planning software for mid-market and scaling businesses — finance, inventory, procurement, HR and CRM, unified in one modular system instead of stitched together from five vendors. Alongside our own ERP suite, our software studio designs and ships bespoke applications for clients who've outgrown spreadsheets but aren't ready to build an internal engineering team.

  • Modular by design. Finance, inventory, HR and CRM modules deploy independently and share one data layer, so growing teams add capability without a re-implementation.
  • API-first. Every module connects to payment rails, logistics partners and existing tools, rather than locking a business inside a closed system.
  • Built with the people who'll use it. Implementation teams sit with finance and operations staff before writing specifications, not after.
Payment Infrastructure

Aarnova Pay Payment Orchestration

Businesses rarely run on one payment processor for long — they add a second for redundancy, a third for a new market, a fourth because a provider raised its fees. Aarnova Pay sits above all of them: a single integration that routes every transaction to the gateway most likely to succeed, at the lowest viable cost, with automatic failover when one goes down.

  • Smart routing. Transactions are scored and directed across connected acquirers and gateways in real time, lifting approval rates without merchants changing a thing.
  • One reconciliation, many rails. Settlement, refunds and reporting are unified across providers and currencies instead of living in separate dashboards.
  • Resilience as a default. If a gateway degrades or goes offline, traffic shifts automatically — no on-call engineer required.

Logistics & Fulfilment— new

Aarnova Logistics

Logistics is Aarnova's newest venture — the same discipline we bring to software and payments, now applied to how goods actually move. We're building a tech-enabled distribution network that gives shippers real-time visibility from warehouse to doorstep, starting with domestic freight and fulfilment partnerships before we scale further.

  • Starting deliberately. We're building lane by lane and partner by partner, not promising national coverage before we've earned it.
  • Visibility first. Every shipment is tracked against a single source of truth, so a delay is flagged before a customer has to ask.
  • Shared infrastructure. Aarnova Logistics runs on the same technology backbone as our software and payments ventures, rather than a separate stack bolted on later.

Early-Stage Capital

Aarnova Capital Angel & Pre-Seed Investing

Aarnova Capital backs founders at the earliest, hardest stage — before there's a product-market fit story to tell, sometimes before there's a product. We invest where our sibling ventures already have scar tissue — software, fintech infrastructure and logistics — and back founders working outside those categories too, when the team and the problem are compelling enough.

  • Operators, not just cheques. Portfolio founders get direct access to the engineering, payments and logistics teams inside Aarnova.
  • Early and honest. We write smaller, earlier cheques and say plainly what we can't help with, rather than overpromising board-level involvement.
  • Patient by design. Capital that sits inside a network of operating businesses doesn't need an exit on somebody else's timeline.

“The interconnection
is the actual product.”

Why One Network

What the ventures share, on purpose.

A shared technology backbone

Cloud, Pay, Logistics and Capital are built on common infrastructure and security practice, so a hard-won lesson in one venture becomes a shortcut in another.

Capital discipline

Every venture is funded to prove a specific milestone, not to grow at any cost — the same underwriting standard Aarnova Capital applies to outside founders.

Talent that moves

Engineers, risk analysts and operators move between ventures as problems demand it, instead of sitting inside permanent silos.

Compounding knowledge

Fraud patterns, vendor relationships and market intelligence are shared deliberately across the network, not left to accident.

How A Venture Joins The Network

Identify. Build. Compound.

Identify

We look for problems that are structural, not seasonal — the kind a business can't solve by trying harder, only by rebuilding the underlying system. Software, payments, logistics and early-stage capital all shared that shape.

Build

Each venture gets its own team, its own leadership and its own mandate to build something a customer would pay for on day one — not a division reporting up through someone else's roadmap.

Compound

Once a venture stands on its own, it plugs into the shared backbone — technology, capital discipline and cross-network relationships — so the next one starts from a stronger position than the last.
